CREATIVE ARTS+ MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS
AGES 12-21 • MARCH 14 MAY 30, 2026
This combined program blends hands-on creative arts - drawing, painting, writing, and movement - with trauma-informed wellness activities focused on coping skills, healthy relationships, and self-esteem. Participants build confidence through creative self-expression while developing lifelong emotional wellbeing tools.
